The Remnant Storage Solution is an advanced system that can effortlessly identify and store remnant lites. It can also effectively reintroduce them to the cutting table as needed. This cutting-edge technology can improve cutting yield, reduce handling, and minimize operator errors. The maximum glass processing size for both the cutting table and remnant storage is 108″ x 144″.
Billco’s Crane Loading System is a complete solution for storing, organizing, and loading glass to the cutting table. This fully automated system retrieves and loads single sheets of glass without operator intervention.
Billco’s Automatic Unstacker uses a combination of vacuum cups and sensors to identify and retrieve the glass from a vertical pack and transfer it to a horizontal position for downstream processing.
