Billco Manufacturing’s Historical Timeline
Billco Manufacturing Inc. was founded in 1948 in Zelienople, Pennsylvania by Ethel Billinger and her son Bill Billinger. We strive to further the family vision by offering premium American-made products, continuous hands-on innovation, and attentive, collaborative customer service.
1962: Billco was credited with engineering the original patented “Flip-Top” glass washer. This was one of the first patents to propel them into becoming one of the glass washing industry leaders.
1984: Billco introduced the first CNC glass cutting machine, establishing the foundation for computer-controlled glass cutting technology standards.
1995: Billco designed the world’s first high-speed linear motor glass cutting system, years ahead of any other equipment producer.
2016: The Z-Series glass washer was launched, providing the glass industry with a powerful washer designed for optimal process control.
2021: The Foundation Series Washer continues to provide customers with industry leading results and support. That washer received a Readers’ Choice award from the US Glass Metal and Glazing Magazine’s December issue.
More than 75 Years later, Billco is still building American Made equipment from our original building (with a few expansions of course).

SECTION 179 DEDUCTION
In addition to flexible payment options, be sure to capitalize on the Section 179 Deduction which is available regardless of financing or not. If you are not familiar with the program, the deduction benefits small to medium-sized companies, by allowing them to deduct the entire purchase price of qualifying equipment.

Does Billco have machines built and ready to ship?
Our goal is to design custom-built equipment for our customers. When working with Billco, we strive to manufacture a machine that meets all of your requirements.
Who installs/repairs the equipment?
Our factory-trained technicians perform installations and make repairs.
How long will my equipment last?
With some regular maintenance, your machine should perform for decades. 25 years or more is not uncommon.
What equipment is Billco best known for?
Cutting systems, laminating lines, IG lines & glass washers make up the bulk of our equipment sales. Contact your Solution Specialist for details on all of our equipment.
Does Billco have a program to trade in used equipment?
Customers can trade in used Billco equipment for new equipment or may purchase used equipment outright depending on the age and condition of the used equipment.
Does Billco offer software packages?
Billco has a sister company called HP3 Software which supplies cutting, tempering, and laminating software.
