Auto Glass Unstacker – Billco’s Automatic Unstacker uses a combination of vacuum cups and sensors to identify and retrieve the glass from a vertical pack and transfer it to a horizontal position for downstream processing.
Billco Insulating Systems
Heat Press – Designed to rapidly and precisely heat and press any IG Unit sealing system that requires heat and/or compression for sealing.
Cold Roll Press – Designed to rapidly and uniformly compress the primary sealing system of an insulating glass unit, to assure proper “wet-out” and bonding of the sealant to glass and spacer.
