Wide Belt Series Glass Cutter
The Wide Belt Series is a pioneering development within the industry, being the first of its kind. The single wide belt design is self-cleaning, non-stretchable, and significantly accelerates cycle times. These attributes translate to cost savings and reduced operating time, making it an invaluable asset to any plant. Billco’s new laser adjustment scanner is a simple upgrade on the cutter and is a highly precise tool, able to automatically locate the glass corner and optimize the cut pattern, rendering the squaring stop unnecessary.
The Ultra Series is designed for the high-speed, high-volume glass cutting requirements for large glass fabricators and window and door manufacturers. The Ultra Series Cutting System has an improved cutting head and a larger drive system. Delivering a powerful combination of performance and reliability. Billco’s Dual Head Ultra Series cutting system provides the capability to convey and cut two plates of stock glass, up to 72” x 96” simultaneously. This high-production system is specifically designed for large volume insulating glass producers who use coated glass.
The powered Strip Cutter is a great economical option for cutting straight lines only. The dual axis cutting can be configured to cut both the X and Y axis. The Strip Cutter is designed to produce large volumes of same size glass.
